We all know LeBron James is the King of Basketball right now be he has gotten a new nickname, “The King of Flops”. Recently LeBron and 2 other Pacers have been fined for flopping in Game 4 of their Conference finals. LeBron was fined $5000 for his theatricals in the game, a well deserved fined if you ask me. Although to someone making $17.5 Million a year on salary alone, thats pocket change.
In other news he also is coming off one of the best playoff games of his career. He scored 30 pts, 16 of them coming in the 3rd Quarter. He shot 50% from the field and took control of the game shifting the entire momentum. There was a time in the game where it looked like the Heat were out of it and the Pacers might have snuck a crucial game 5 win. LeBron prevailed though and the Pacers left with their tails between their legs.
Will this whole flopping thing effect LeBron’s status as a superstar? Most likely not considering he still is playing at a higher level than anyone in the league at the moment. What I am guessing is Cristiano Ronaldo has been giving LeBron a few pointers on winning. Nonetheless the King lives on and so do the Heats hopes at back to back NBA championships.
